developments, from residential homes to the development of mixed use properties and masterplanned communities. Founded in 1960, the company has built a cumulative 2.4 million houses. Sekisui House, headquartered in Osaka, also has offices in Australia, China, Singapore and USA.

Since 1992 (under the broader CSCEC, with a dedicated local structure from 2017), they have a strong presence in Singapore, having delivered many private residential units.
